Frequently Asked Questions

Lesson payments are to be paid monthly & online through our Music Portal. Students have access to a personal online account and can view all lessons and monthly invoices. 

NEVER!  Lessons are always paid monthly, and students can end their monthly lessons without breaking any contracts or paying hidden fees. 

Monthly lesson payments are non-refundable. HOWEVER, students are entitled to a certain amount of make-up lesson credits throughout the year if there are any student cancellations. Full lesson refunds are given in certain circumstances such as teacher unavailability/cancellation or dangerous weather cancellations.  Refunds are always given back to the original payee and as the same method of original payment  (ie: if paid by credit card, the same credit card will receive the refund)
